Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Silicomolds believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 

• In case of Seller Cancellations, No Charges will be Levied on the Customer.
• once the order is placed there will be no exchange of ordered items.
• After the order is processed/shipped : A Charge of 10% on the Invoice Value would be levied in case Order is cancelled by the buyer. Along with that, Customer will have to pay both forward and return shipping cost to seller for replacement/cancellation/return.
• Silicomolds can cancel order on account of non-availability of stock or any other reason
• Silicomolds reserves the right to cancel the order.
